Delegation to visit Turkey
LAHORE
A delegation will visit Turkey in August for a comprehensive survey to promote entrepreneurship development, access to capital, small and medium enterprise policies and establishment of business incubation centres in Punjab.
The delegation will comprise representatives from Industries Department, Tevta, PSIC, SMEDA and academia.
According to a press release, during the visit, a comprehensive survey of Turk KOSGEB model would be carried out for its replication across Punjab. Tevta Chairperson Irfan Qaiser Sheikh held a meeting to review the progress with regard to implementation of KOSGEB model at Tevta Secretariat here on Thursday. The meeting was attended by Former Ambassador to Turkey Haroon Shaukat, Tevta Chief Operating Officer Jawad Ahmed Qureshi, SMEDA General Manager Shaharyar Khan and others.
