Govt to select teams for assisting Haj operations
Ministry to select these people as male and female field staff through written test under NTS and physical fitness
ISLAMABAD: The Ministry of Religious Affairs will make selection of 80 Nazims and 80 Muavneen (assistants) from amongst government employees of BPS-7 to BPS-18 for Hajj operations 2025.
The ministry will select these people as male and female field staff through written test under the National Testing Services (NTS) and physical fitness. The government employees of BPS-7 to BPS-16 are eligible to apply for selection while BPS-17 and BPS-18 employees can apply for the supervisory role of Nazim.
The ministry has sought applications from government employees aged 25 to 55 within 15 days. Both fresh candidates and those who already served in Hajj operations are eligible to apply. They would be assigned responsibilities of participating in activities of guidance and welfare of Pakistani pilgrims during Hajj operations in Saudi Arabia.
