Islamabad : Spain’s noted Flamenco artists Sara Calero Hernandez, Javier Conde Santos and Jose Javier Guerrero Hernandez wowed the audience at Serena Hotels with their exceptional musical talents and gripping performance.
They delivered a brilliant mix of harmony, rhythm, and emotion, transporting the crowd into the vibrant and rich culture of Spain.
The performance captured the heart of Flamenco, an art form that intertwines fiery music, expressive dance, and soulful lyrics. The event was hosted by Serena Hotels as part of its Cultural Diplomacy Initiative, in collaboration with the Embassy of Spain, continuing its legacy of fostering the performing arts and cultural exchange in Pakistan.
Speaking at the event, Spanish Ambassador Jose A de Ory said that Flamenco embodied the heart and soul of Spain, reflecting the country's rich cultural heritage. "Events like this create opportunities for meaningful cultural exchange, raising mutual respect and understanding between our nations. We are proud to collaborate with Serena Hotels in sharing this vibrant tradition with the people of Pakistan," he said.
The organisers said that the Serena Hotels’ Cultural Diplomacy Initiative aimed to unite cultures through the universal languages of art, music, and performance. They said that the events such as Flamenco Night showed their commitment to providing a platform for cultural exchange, strengthening international ties, and celebrating the diversity of human expression.
