ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Amir Muqam met President Azad Jammu and Kashmir Sultan Mahmood on Friday.
The two leaders discussed the political situation in Azad Kashmir. Sultan said India made life unbearable for the oppressed Kashmiris. It recently staged a fake election drama in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
Such petty tactics by India cannot suppress the Kashmir issue. He emphasized that efforts would be made to raise an effective voice for the resolution of the Kashmir issue and against the ongoing atrocities in IIOJK. “We will show the world India’s vile face,” he said. The minister assured the president of political and diplomatic support.
