LAHORE: In order to overcome the shortage of teaching staff in public sector colleges across the province, the Higher Education Department (HED) Punjab has started hiring of 7,354 College Teaching Interns (CTIs) for a period of six months.
Person of any age can apply for the post of CTI and the selected candidates will be given a monthly stipend of Rs 50,000. The colleges have been directed to place the lists of vacant positions at notice board and applications can be submitted till Oct 7.
Tentative merit lists would be placed in notice boards on October 12 while interviews would continue from Oct 18 to 22nd. The list of successful candidates would be issued on Oct 24, 2024.
