Father of two injured in road accident dies

The father of two children wounded after he was hit by a white Revo on University Road a few days ago breathed his last during treatment at a hospital on Sunday.
The accident occurred on Tuesday when the white Revo, which was reportedly coming from the wrong side, collided with the victim. The deceased was identified as 30-year-old Syed Athar Ali, son of Syed Azhar Ali. He was the father of two and resident of Garden City in Gulshan-e-Maymar area.
He worked in the administration block of the Karachi Metropolitan University. The vehicle is said to be of a man belonging to a political party. No arrest has so far been made.
