Traders seek control on lawlessness

DERA ISMAIL KHAN: The local traders on Wednesday called for proper security at the western route of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) from Dera Ismail Khan to Islamabad.
They made demand at a meeting of the traders and businessmen. Sohail Ahmad Azami, president Anjuman-e-Tajiran presided over the meeting while prominent businessmen and traders, including Muhammad Jamil, Muhammad Javed, Kafeel Ahmad Nizami, and several others were in attendance.The traders expressed deep concern over the rising incidents of robberies on the motorway, where travellers were frequently robbed in broad daylight.
