HR management training programme concludes at SZABIST
Islamabad:SZABIST University, celebrated the successful completion of its Human Resources Management Certificate Course (CHRP), a comprehensive training programme designed to equip professionals with the latest HR management skills and techniques, here, says a press release.
The programme, held over four weekends, attracted a diverse group of participants from various industries, all eager to enhance their HR expertise.The training sessions were led by distinguished professionals, including Dr. Ahmed Ali Qureshi, the focal person for the course, Shehran Shehzad, HR expert from Huawei, Noman Ali, HR expert from Qatar Charity, and Muhammad Ali, Manager HR at SZABIST here. Their combined expertise provided participants with a rich learning experience that covered essential HR topics such as recruitment, performance appraisal, compensation management, and goal setting.
A key highlight of the program was the creation of an HR Manual, where participants worked in groups to develop different sections of the manual. This hands-on exercise not only provided practical insights but also fostered collaboration among the trainees. On the final day, the candidates presented their sections of the HR Manual, engaging in discussions that helped refine their work and ensure a comprehensive final product.Dr. Ahmed Ali Qureshi, who played a pivotal role in the programme’s conception and execution, concluded the training with a certificate-awarding ceremony.
