Chinese Consul General opens pictorial exhibition

LAHORE:Lahore Museum on Sunday organised a pictorial exhibition of Lahore's historical monuments. The exhibition was inaugurated by the Consul General of China in Lahore, Zhao Shiren. This seven-day exhibition consisted of more than 150 pictures of Lahore's historical landmarks. Addressing the media, the Consul General of China appreciated the role of Lahore Museum in preservation of Lahore's heritage.

He also declared Lahore Museum the guardian of the thousands years of this region's history, and considered that this museum deserves immense appreciation for the educational and cultural activities being held here on regular basis. On this occasion, the Director Lahore Museum Ms Nabila Irfan commended the efforts of museum administration, particularly the Museum Educators in the promotion of cultural heritage.
