IGP meets cops’ families
LAHORE:The Inspector General Police Punjab, met with police employees and their families at the CPO Thursday. The IGP listened to the requests of the cops and issued immediate relief orders. Meanwhile, the IGP presided over an executive board meeting at the Central Police Office and discussed administrative and professional issues of various field formations.
Medical funds for cops
The IGP Thursday released medical funds for cops. The IGP released Rs1 million for SI Mahboob Hussain of Vehari for a kidney transplant, Rs 5million for the wife of late ASI Abdul Ghaffar for cancer treatment, Rs100,000 for leg surgery of constable Haris Saqib of Pindi, Rs100,000 for Head Constable Amir Ali for gallbladder surgery and Rs100,000 for driver constable Rashid Bashir for his wife’s treatment.
