Over 40 buildings sealed for non-payment

LAHORE:On the directions of LDA Director General Tahir Farooq, LDA teams conducted operation against illegal constructions and illegal commercial use and sealed more than 40 buildings over illegal commercial use.

LDA teams conducted operations in adjoining areas of Defence Road. The sealed properties include workshops, cafes, private clinics, private schools, offices, beauty saloons, and others. The operation was headed by Chief Town Planner II Azhar Ali. Prior to the operation, multiple notices were issued to these properties. LDA Enforcement Squad and police participated in the operation.
