Six tourists injured in road accident

HARIPUR: At least six tourists were injured when a Toyota Hiace overturned on Hazara Motorway here on Sunday.The rescue workers and police said that a Toyota Hiace No RIS 2014, carrying tourists from Karachi, was on the way back from Skardu when it overturned near Hattar interchanges due to reckless driving.
As a result, six tourists, including five women, were injured while the rest of six suffered minor injuries and were discharged from the Haripur Trauma Centre. One of the five injured women was later shifted to the Ayub Medical Complex Abbottabad for tertiary care, doctors and police officials said.
