Cops awarded cash prizes

LAHORE: IG Police Punjab Dr Usman Anwar awarded cash rewards and certificates of appreciation to honour the officers and personnel who resolved cases involving katcha criminals, murder, rape, and kidnapping for ransom on Tuesday.
Dr Usman awarded prizes to four teams from DG Khan, seven from Layyah, five from Rajanpur and seven teams from Muzaffargarh. According to the details, sub-inspector Asia Sarfaraz and the team, Lady Constable Samreen Zaman and team received a commendation certificate and cash prize for their fruitful efforts. Inspector M Ramzan, SI Sabir Klasra, SI Zaheer Ud Din and team and SI Karam Elahi were the others who were awarded cash prizes and certificates.
