LAHORE: The FIA Lahore anti-human smugglers circle Friday arrested three smugglers, including a woman.
According to the FIA spokesperson, accused Ayesha received a big amount to send citizens to Dubai and Thailand. She was arrested from Baghbanpura locality.
Sheikh Yusuf extorted Rs400,000 from a citizen to get a Malaysian work permit for him. Accused Yusuf was arrested from Rawalpindi, while a human trafficker Ashraf was arrested from Thokar Niaz Baig as he received Rs300,000 from a citizen to send him to Dubai.
FIA Lahore zone director Sarfaraz Khan Virk said crackdown on human smugglers will continue vigorously.
