PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Wednesday disposed of a writ petition after the name of Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) Iftikhar Mashwani was removed from the Provisional National Identification List (PNIL).
A two-member bench comprising Justice SM Attique Shah and Justice Shakeel Ahmad heard the petition.Syed Sikandar Shah Advocate appearing for the petitioner told the court that his client was a member of the KP Assembly and his name had been added to the Provisional National Identification List after the May 9 incidents due to which he could not travel abroad.
