Unclean streets
I have observed an increase in litter and debris on our streets, sidewalks, and public spaces, which not only creates an eyesore but also poses health and environmental risks. It is evident that the current system in place for trash collection and disposal is inadequate and ineffective. Overflowing trash cans, scattered garbage bags, and littered streets are a common sight, leading to unsanitary conditions and attracting pests.
I urge the local authorities to take immediate action to address this issue by implementing better trash collection schedules, increasing the number of trash bins in public areas, and enforcing stricter penalties for littering. Additionally, regular street-sweeping and cleaning should be conducted to maintain cleanliness.
