RDA staff directed to redress public grievances
Rawalpindi:Director General (DG) Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) Kinza Murtaza has directed all employees to work honestly and diligently to redress the public grievances, says a press release.
She said this while chairing a meeting to review the progress of various issues, says the Authority spokesman in a statement. Kinza directed the MP&TE Directorate to provide relief to the general public in construction of residential and commercial buildings and show zero tolerance for illegal and unauthorized constructions, encroachments and commercial activities. She also directed the Estate Management (EM) Directorate to speed up the process for transfer of public properties.
Emphasising the importance of speedy and quality work, she directed speedy execution of ongoing works and increase in the working hours to ease the common people’s hardships. She also tasked the officers concerned with managing the traffic problems.
