Two boys drown in pond

Two children lost their lives after drowning in a pond in the Mochko area on Saturday.
The tragic incident occurred in Jannat Society of Raees Goth within the jurisdiction of the Mochko police station. Police and rescuers later retrieved the bodies of the two boys aged between 12 and 13 years.
The bodies were taken to the Civil Hospital Karachi, where the boys were identified as Abdul Shakoor and Maqsood Yousuf. The victims, residents of Lyari, had attended a wedding ceremony in the area.
After lunch, they ventured to Jannat Society for leisure. Unfortunately, while attempting to swim in the pond, they drowned.
