LAHORE: Lahore police have arrested 38 proclaimed offenders (POs), court absconders and habitual criminals this year. The Lahore Police Operations Wing conducted 1,062 search operations and checked 28,547 houses and 98,140 people and took action 467 people for breaking law. The police checked 13,816 tenants and detained 210. The police detained 18 drug peddlers and 40 illegal weapon holders.
