RWMC signs accords for cleanliness

Rawalpindi: On the orders of the Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the agreement for the provision of services of Rawalpindi Waste Management Company for sanitation at the level of Rawalpindi Division (SAAMA) ServiceZend Assets, Management Agreement of the districts of Attock, Jhelum, Chakwal and Talagang of Rawalpindi Division, says a press release.

It has been decided by the administration, the signing ceremony of the agreement was held under the chairmanship of Commissioner Rawalpindi Division Aamir Khattak in the Commissioner’s Office, Chairman Rawalpindi Waste Management Company Saqib Rafiq, RWMC Board Members MPA Raja Abdul Hanif, MPA Ziaullah Shah, CEO RWMC Rana Sajid Safdar, Director Local Government Rawalpindi Division Syed Sabatin Kazmi and others were also present.

Commissioner Rawalpindi Division Aamir Khattak said that the purpose of the agreement is to develop other parts of the division on the pattern of Rawalpindi city. The urban and rural areas of the districts have to be made clean, RWMC Chairman Saqib Rafiq, RWMC Board Members MPA Raja Abdul Hanif, MPA Ziaullah Shah said that the Rawalpindi Waste Management Company and the district administration have been given permission by the Punjab government. A heavy responsibility has been entrusted, we hope that no effort will be spared to implement the vision of Punjab Chief Minister for a better Punjab.
