KCCI extends renewal hours
KARACHI: The Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI) will extend its office hours for the upcoming weekend to accommodate membership renewals, a statement said on Wednesday.
KCCI acting president Altaf A. Ghaffar said the chamber office will operate from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday, with Friday hours set from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
The extension comes as the deadline for membership renewal falls on a Sunday this year. Ghaffar urged members to renew promptly to avoid any inconvenience.
The chamber has notified members of the March 31 expiration date through various communications and has introduced a Faysal Bank cash counter at its premises for the first time, allowing for easier fee submissions.
Ghaffar said members failing to renew by the deadline will have their memberships automatically terminated and will need to undergo a re-admission process.
