PESHAWAR: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders have demanded proper security for the party founder Imran Khan.

Speaking at a press conference here on Monday, two Members National Assembly -- Shandana Gulzar, Arbab Sher Ali -- and and Moazzam Butt advocate said that Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz leadership (PMLN) would be held responsible if there was any harm to Imran Khan.

They alleged that a former interior minister and PMLN leader Rana Sanaullah had hurled serious threats at Imran Khan.

They alleged PMLN leaders had declared Imran Khan a “fitna”.

The PTI leaders alleged that cases were being registered against the PTI leaders to intimidate them.

They alleged the party mandate was stolen in the February 8 general elections and scores of cases were registered against the PTI leaders.

The PTI leaders accused the Election Commission of Pakistan of violating the oath of his office by depriving the PTI of its mandate.
