Sports gala
LAHORE: The 20th annual sports gala was organised by the administration of Rising Sun Institute for Special Children, DHA campus, Lahore, at National Stadium on Monday. The students of the institute took part in several games. A large number of parents and relatives of the students attended the event.
Colonel (retd) Saleem Raza Khan, vice president of Rising Sun Education and Welfare Society, graced the gala as the guest of honour. He awarded prizes to students who performed better in games.
Mrs Parveen Tawwab Khan, president Rising Sun Education and Welfare Society, CEO Mrs Nabila Chaudhry, Director Academics Ms Sajida Malik, in charge junior section madam Safia, head coach Zahid Nawaz, admin officer Syed Shafqat Ali and other staff of the institute attended the event.
