Bilaj Tipu murder case registered

LAHORE:Thousands of people from different walks life attended the funeral of Amir Bilaj Tipu who was gunned down at a wedding ceremony on Sunday night.

Earlier, the body of 32-year-old Amir Bilaj Tipu, son of slain Tipu Truckanwala, was handed over to his family after post-mortem. Amir Bilaj Tipu was gunned down in Chung area on Sunday night. A case was registered by Chung police on the complaint of the victim’s brother Musab Bilaj. Thousands of people from all walks of life attended the funeral.

According to the FIR, a case was registered against four assailants. Khawaja Tareef alias Tefi and Khawaja Aqeel alias Gogi Butt were also named in the case. The assailant was killed by the firing of his own accomplices. The assailant was identified as Muzaffar Hussain son of Sadiq. Amir Bilaj Tipu left a widow and two sons. He was killed over old enmity.
