LHC nullifies decision for dismissing PTI founder’s bail pleas

LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Saturday nullified the decision for dismissing the bail pleas of PTI founder in seven cases.
The court maintained in its written decision that the PTI founder could not appear in the trial court due to his arrest. It remarked the trial court did not correctly review the facts.
“Therefore, the decision to annul the bail pleas of PTI founder is declared null and void.” It is pertinent to mention here that the trial court will decide the bail pleas till February 6 through video link.
