Time to promote politics of tolerance: Aleem
LAHORE : President Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) and the candidate from NA-117 and PP-149 & 209 Abdul Aleem Khan Wednesday said that to save the society from division, politics of decency and tolerance should be promoted instead of blaming each other.
Addressing an election rally, Aleem said that we have to make efforts to understand the requirements of our youth as per changing scenarios. He further said that every penny of the development fund is the trust of the nation and it should be ensured that this amount is spent meticulously.
It is mentionable that Aleem Khan has achieved a notable success in the PP-149 when two independent candidates Dr Nasir and Malik Shafiq have announced their withdrawal in his favour and joined his election campaign.
In the same way, former PTI Nazim from PP-149 Atif Ahmad also called on Aleem and decided to join him in his electoral struggle. Talking to his new allies, Khan said that PP-149 constituency is his first introduction and he is trying his best to provide maximum service especially to the poor ones during the last 20 years. He had detailed meetings with the representatives and delegations of six Union Councils and thanked them for their support.
