KARACHI: The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) has launched a new feature in its NBP Digital App that allows customers to make donations to various charities with a single tap, the bank said on Wednesday.
The feature, which is available for both conventional and Aitemaad Islamic banking customers, enables users to donate to leading non-governmental organisations (NGOs) such as Edhi Foundation, Saylani Welfare Trust, Chippa Welfare Association, Indus Hospital, and others.
"This innovation reflects NBP’s commitment to providing a simplified customer experience with the help of digital technology, enabling the Nation’s bank to further accelerate its technological innovation," it added.
