SNGPL names Tufail as MD

LAHORE: Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Ltd (SNGPL) said it had appointed Amer Tufail as its new managing director for a three-year term.

The decision was taken in the meeting of SNGPL Board of Directors, held on Friday. Tufail, a chartered accountant, has been working at SNGPL for 20 years and has held various senior management roles, the company said in a statement. Before joining SNGPL, Tufail worked for several large national and multinational firms in Pakistan and abroad, with over 32 years of experience in various fields, it added.
