PESHAWAR: A Special Court of Anti-Corruption Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has adjourned the hearing of the interim bail application of former Speaker National Assembly, Asad Qaiser, until November 23.
When Judge Babar Ali Khan started proceedings for the interim bail application of Asad Qaiser, it was noted that the complete record from the anti-corruption side was not produced.The court ordered that the comprehensive record be produced at the next hearing, scheduled for November 23.Asad Qaiser is facing a case related to alleged corruption and illegal appointments. An anti-corruption case has been filed against him, and the court proceedings are going on.
