KARACHI: Descon Engineering Limited (DEL) and Engro Polymer & Chemicals Limited (EPCL) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance their long-standing partnership, a statement said.
The MoU, signed by DEL's Chief Executive Officer Taimur Saeed and EPCL's Chief Executive Officer Jahangir Piracha, aims to foster mutual collaboration in the field of plant maintenance, shutdowns, reliability, and asset performance management to ensure sustainable operations.
"This Memorandum of Understanding is a testament to the enduring partnership between Descon Engineering Limited and Engro Polymer & Chemicals Limited," Saeed said. "We are committed to bring our overseas experience in our collaboration with Engro Polymer to provide top-notch services and unmatched value to our clients."
Piracha said the MoU reinforces EPCL's dedication to sustainable and reliable operations. "Engro Polymer & Chemicals Limited is excited about the opportunities this partnership will bring to the industry and our clients."
DEL and EPCL have been working together for more than three decades, providing engineering solutions and services to various industries in Pakistan and abroad. The statement said the MoU will help them leverage their expertise and resources to deliver excellence and innovation to their customers.
