Congregation for overseas Pakistanis concludes
PESHAWAR: A congregation arranged by Dawat-e-Islami for overseas Pakistanis has concluded at Faizan-e-Madina here.
A press release issued here on Friday said delegates from 50 countries attended the congregation and expressed love for the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him).It said the congregation was organized by the Dawat-e-Islami at the Aalmi Madani Marakzat Faizan-e-Madina under the auspices of the International Affairs Department of the organization.
The congregation lasted seven days. The delegates from European, African and other countries were in attendance.The delegates met Allama Muhammad Ilyas Attar Qadri, Maulana Ubaid Raza Attari Madani, Maulana Muhammad Imran Attari, and other religious scholars and received guidance for spreading the teachings of Islam in respective countries.
Those attending the congregation said they learnt from the congregation that would help them with their preaching work in the countries where they were living.
