Minor abused, muggers loot people

Islamabad: A four-year-old girl was raped by a vagrant when the alleged rapist picked the victim girl from a street and took her to an under-construction house in Alipur falling in the jurisdiction of Shahzad Town police station, a police source said.

Asad, father of the victim lodged a complaint with the Shahzad Town police station on 19th October that he is a labourer, hailing from Mardan and presently living in Alipur Hamdani Town for over a decade, adding that his 4-year-old daughter went to neighbouring house for Quaan Khawani but her daughter suddenly went missing while playing in the street. He said that he heard cries of his daughter, he rushed and witnessed a young boy came out of an under construction house who escaped from the scene and found his daughter with blooded clothes.

The police have registered case under section 376-C but couldn’t arrest the rapist. While, a gang involved in looting passengers landing from Middle East countries, deprived a passenger in the guise of police personnel and took away Saudi Riyal and other valuable to the tune of one million rupees.

One, Zuhaib Khan lodged a complaint with the Tarnol police station saying that he landed at Islamabad International Airport at about 7 a.m. on Monday, got a cab and started his journey towards his home in Rawalpindi but as his cab reached near Chongi no. 26, a while a car with three persons on board, intercepted him. One was carrying wireless set who introduced himself as police officials and asked for luggage checking. During the checking, as he whipped out his purse, the person carrying wireless set, snatch his purse and sped away towards Tarnol on their car. In another incident of the same nature, two muggers took away a bike in the name of checking Khanna police station area.
