Dacoits in police uniform loot three jewellery shops

BHAKKAR: Eight dacoits looted three jewellery shops at Darya Khan.
Eight robbers in police uniform came to the gold market and tied three security guards with ropes. The dacoits broke locks of the shops of Akram Zia, Muhammad Idrees and Sher Muhammad and made off with gold worth millions of rupees. It is the biggest dacoity in Darya Khan. The traders tried to contact police on Rescue-15 but no one attended the call. They also went to the police station but police allegedly did not listen to them. However, police later registered a case and started investigation.
After the incident, traders of Darya Khan bazaar closed their business in protest. Police have registered a case.
Meanwhile, police teams have been constituted to arrest the dacoits while all the exit points have been sealed.
