Tax Day plan reviewed

LAHORE
TO review the arrangements for observing the Tax Day in Punjab on 10th of April, a meeting jointly chaired by Provincial Finance Minister Dr Ayesha Ghaus Pasha and Chief Secretary Punjab Khizar Hayat Gondal was held at the Civil Secretariat on Tuesday.
Addressing the meeting, chief secretary said Tax Day will be observed to create the awareness among people regarding the payment of taxes. He directed the departments concerned to take all possible steps for marking the Tax Day in a befitting manner.
The meeting was attended by chairman of Punjab revenue authority, secretaries of different departments and officers concerned.
