Matric exams schedule to be issued on 16th

The admit cards, date-sheet and the list of examination centres for the upcoming annual examinations of classes IX and X will be issued on March 16, Chairman Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) Anwar Ahmed Zai announced on Monday.

The BSEK was holding the annual papers of science and general science (regular and private) from March 28, he said and added that the heads of all registered educational institutes or their authorised appointees would receive admit cards, date-sheet and examination centre lists and other relevant information from the Enrolment Section, Block-B, First Floor, Matric Board Office between 9am and 5pm.

According to him, the admit cards and date-sheets have been dispatched to residential addresses of private candidates and in case, any student have not received it, he or she could collect it on March 22 after showing the fee slip and the previous admit card.

Superintendents in the exam centres would start receiving examination related material from the BSEK Examination Store on March 18, he added.

He urged schools management not to send students to the BSEK to collect admit cards, date-sheet and examination centre lists as the board office would not entertain any of them.
