KARACHI: The Softball Federation of Pakistan (SFP) is organising Women’s National Softball Championship from March 24-26 in Quetta. Army, Police, Sindh, Punjab, KPK, Balochistan and Islamabad are participating in the championship.
SFP president Haider Khan Lehri said the SFP was determined to build a strong team for the Women’s World Championship, which would be held in Canada in June.
“The players who perform well in the national championship will be shortlisted for a training camp,” he said. “And the team for the World Championship will be selected from among those players,” he added.
