Prince Harry set off a debate within British tabloids by extending an obstensible olive branch to the royal family on TV.
The Duke of Sussex declared that he “loves his family very much” after host Will Reeves of Good Morning America questioned him about his visit to the UK to inquire after cancer-stricken father, King Charles in a recent interview.

However, his goodwill was translated into an ulterior motive by the media and royal experts, prompting a row of contrasting opinions.
Speaking to the Daily Express, royal expert Kinsey Schofield claims the Spare author was “caught off guard” when asked by his estrangement from the royal family.
“I think that Harry seemed caught off guard by some of the questions and tried to stay positive but wrap it all back when it comes to the Invictus Games,” she said.

“I think he was nice about his family, and he was positive about his family, but I don’t think that this is moving us in any specific direction when it comes to reconciliation.”
