Rawalpindi: The Educators Harley Campus initiates an extensive ongoing e-learning Outreach programme with a Canadian School named Lake City Secondary School Williams Lake, BC, Canada.
This e-pal programme ignites creativity amongst learners and helps them to discover the writer inside each of them. Furthermore, this, ‘across the border’ initiative linkage intends to strengthen and develop understanding of the students about other cultures of the world. Under this Global Exchange Programme 26 students of Secondary level shared about the festivities celebrated in their countries and wrote introduction letters informing about themselves.
The students were also delighted on acknowledgment stated by the Canadian teacher Mr. Mike about Pakistan that they received the cards about Pakistan. The kids loved all the details about Pakistan. He appreciated the sending of book about Pakistan and decorative container.
He said that Pakistan and Canada look so much alike in many ways, especially in British Columbia (province in Canada) is very similar. He also sent a
big Canada flag which the students displayed on the occasion.
