Nawaz for level playing field for all in election

- April 18, 2013 - Updated 10 PKT - From Web Edition

LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chief Nawaz Sharif has said that all the political parties should be provided with level playing field in the upcoming general election.

Speaking to Geo News correspondent Arshad Wahid Chauhdry, the former prime minister also called for change in the bureaucracy in the centre and other province like Punjab.

He said that he had no personal enmity with General (retd) Pervez Musharraf and law would decide as to how to deal with the enemies of Pakistan.

Sharif said that there was no option for delay in the election. He urged the people to cast as much votes in the favour of any party as it could form a string government.

Commenting over Imran Khan’s statement that he would not take oath from President Asif Ali Zardari after being elected as the prime minister, Nawaz Sharif said the PTI chief was unlikely to take oath from Zardari.
