NOWSHERA: Four persons were killed in separate incidents in the district on Wednesday, official sources said.
Akram Khan, resident of Misri Banda, reported to the police that he was present at his home when he was informed that unidentified gunmen shot dead his nephew Shah Saud and dumped his body near Pirsabaq road in Jehangira. He said they had no enmity with anyone.
Meanwhile, eight-year old Ihsan was playing on railway track when he was hit and killed by a train near Khat Killay.A lineman identified as Gul Shad was repairing a transformer when he inadvertently touched high transmission line and died on the spot.
In another incident, 18-year-old Amin Ali, a resident of Mughalkai, ended his life by shooting himself. His father said that Amin Ali was a drug addict. The police registered separate cases and started investigation.
