Punjab University students participated in different competitions and clinched prominent positions in ‘Lyallpur Art & Literature Festival 2015’ at University of Agriculture, Faisalabad.
According to a press release, the students including Hafiz Asad Sharif from Hailey College of Commerce, Mubashir Saeed from College of Pharmacy, Javed Iqbal from College of Art & Design, Shahid Ali from Department of Urdu, Syed Kashf and Salman Alam from Institute of Business Administration & Institute of Communication Studies bagged first positions in Qirat, Punjabi Debate, Painting, Punjabi Ghazal and Portrait Photography competitions, respectively.
Students including Mushtaq from Department of Urdu, Syed Kashf and Salman Alam from Institute of Business Administration & Institute of Communication Studies and Haris Bhatti from Institute of Communication Studies bagged second positions in Urdu Ghazal, Click & Search Photography and Documentary while a student from College of Art & Design Ghuffran Chishti grabbed third position in Naat competition.
