A division bench of the Lahore High Court dismissed appeal of a condemned prisoner Usman of Faisalabad and upheld his death sentence for torturing and burning alive his two minor cousins Rabia (4) and Muhammad Sharif (3).
An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on December 22, 2011 had awarded death sentence on two counts and imposed a fine of Rs200,000 on both counts.
