Control the conductors
By our correspondents
November 30, 2015
Passengers in the twin cities have to face several problems whenever they travel via local transport on route one. The conductors are charging extra, not completing routes and mistreating passengers on a daily basis. Furthermore, the conductors use abusive language and do not show any fare rates, even when people ask for it.
Several complaints have been filed with the city traffic police but this was a temporary solution. These conductors continue to act inappropriately when the policemen are not present. The concerned authorities should take immediate action for the sake of the helpless passengers.
