Dry spell to continue

LAHORE
Mild, dry and partly cloudy weather is expected in the provincial metropolis on Sunday (today) while the following week is expected to stay mostly sunny and dry.
A westerly wave is affecting upper parts of the country and likely to persist till Sunday. Weather remained cold and dry in most parts of the country. The minimum temperature I the city was 8 degrees Celsius while that in the country was -05 at Parachinar.
In the next 24 hours, mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country.
However, partly cloudy weather conditions with chances of rain (light snowfall over the hills) is expected at few places of Malakand, Hazara, Gujranwala, Lahore, Rawalpindi divisions, Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir.
