New classrooms inaugurated at Lakki school
LAKKI MARWAT: District education officer Haziqur Rehman along with district councillor Hanifullah Khan inaugurated the newly-built classrooms in Government Middle School Wanda Kalan on Sunday.
DDEO Muhammad Sheraz, headmaster of the school Hidayatullah Khan and teachers were also present on the occasion. The DEO said on the occasion that the Education Department had provided funds to the parent teacher council of the school for construction of additional classrooms and boundary wall.
He said that millions of rupees were being spent through PTCs on provision of basic facilities in public sector schools. District councillor Hanifullah Khan said that activation of parent teacher councils put positive impact on the learning environment in government schools.
