Murder accused remanded

A local court on Saturday sent a murder accused to the jail after completion of his physical remand.

Sadar police produced accused Mubashir, who was allegedly involved in the murder of Zaman, in the court after completion of his physical remand.

FOG: Fog Saturday engulfed the city areas and disrupted traffic and caused chill in the atmosphere. A thin attendance at schools and offices was witnessed. People preferred to avoid visiting bazaars and markets. Even the fruit market was presenting a desert look. Driver used fog lights and reduced speed of their vehicles during travelling.

FIRE: An office of a company Saturday caught fire. The office of a courier company situated on Railway road in the limits of City police limits caught the fire allegedly owing to short circuit.
