Imran Farooq murder case accused record confession

ISLAMABAD: The two accused in the Imran Farooq murder case were produced before a magistrate here on Thursday and gave their statements about their involvement in the crime.
Magistrate Capt (retd) Shoaib recorded the confessional statement of Khalid Shamim.
It took three hours to record his statement following which another accused Mohsin Ali was produced before the magistrate to record his statement.
Earlier, the accused were brought under heavy security to the office of deputy commissioner where their statements were recorded.
According to FIA official sources, judicial remand of these accused would be obtained after recording their statements and they would be later shifted to the Adiala Jail.
