Running poll campaign: AJK EC orders action against four govt employees
MUZAFFARABAD: The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Election Commission (AJK EC) has directed the concerned authorities to take actions under efficient and disciplinary rules for violating the code of conduct and submit a report to the Election Commission against Ghour Zarar constituency LA 30, Muzaffarabad 4, an employee of local government and rural development.
The Election Commission has also directed for taking similar actions against Syed Jahangir Hussain Shah, constituency LA 43, Kashmir Valley 4, employee of Azad Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Raja Munsif Khan, LA 31 Muzaffarabad 5, PT Master Government High School Kacheli and Muhammad Hanif, an employee of Usher and Zakat department.
The Election Commission has taken action following the complaint received against these employees that they are running election campaign in their respective constituencies and it is against the code of conduct of the Election Commission.
