Gold up Rs450/tola

KARACHI: Gold rates in the local market increased by Rs450 per tola on Thursday.
According to data released by All Sindh Saraf Jewellers Association, gold rates in the local market moved up to Rs109,350 per tola.
Similarly, 10 gram gold price was raised by Rs386 to Rs93,750.
In the international market, gold rates increased $8 to $1,825 per ounce. Silver rates increased by Rs20 to Rs1,460 per tola. Price of 10 gram silver also rose Rs17.15 to Rs1,251.71.
Local jewellers said gold cost in the local market was lower by Rs2,000 per tola as compared with rates in the Dubai gold market.
