Kashmiris won’t take dictation from Banigala: Bilawal

MIRPUR: The PPP Chairman, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, while addressing an election rally in Mirpur, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, said on Friday that the people of Kashmir won’t take dictation from Banigala.

Bilawal said Kashmir freedom leader Chaudhry Abdul Majeed, who stood by Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto, is still loyal to the party. He said it was a joy to see Abdul Majeed become the prime minister of Azad Kashmir.

Bilawal said the PPP always supported the poor. He said Zulfikar Ali Bhutto gave land to the landless, Benazir Bhutto served the people all her life, and the BISP programme was launched to support the poor women. He said anti-people elements have always tormented them. He said the PPP will form a poor-friendly, and people friendly government.

“When we will come to power, we will increase the salaries and pensions and provide employment to the youth,” he said. The PPP chairman said Zulfikar Ali Bhutto was the founder of nuclear capability and Benazir Bhutto was the founder of the missile technology in Pakistan, but now conspiracies are being hatched against our nuclear capability. He alleged that the prime minister is trying to give relief to the Indian spy Kulbhushan Jhadav. But, he said the PPP will not allow giving NRO to that spy.

Bilawal said Imran Khan took a U-turn on the Indian attack on Kashmir, as he is also the commerce minister, and wanted to trade with India after India unilaterally changed its special status. He said Imran Khan’s policy is confused and we do not need a confused PM in Islamabad or Azad Kashmir. Infact, he said Kashmir needs a ‘Jiyala’ prime minister.

Bilawal said the “change” is confused. He said the PMLN has several narratives, and of which are confused. “It is better for this confusion to finish. You cannot vote for confusion. Neither we pray for Modi and nor we invite him to our weddings,” he said.
